The AlhóndigaBilbao media library is a reference point for information and communication for young people in Bilbao; a place where young citizens from school-leaving age to the age when they join the workforce can find information tailored to their main needs (housing, employment, health, travel, etc.), activities aimed at helping them develop skills, especially in regard to information and communication technologies, and a programme of cultural events aimed specifically at them, among other things.
